This poster was created as part of Stanford University’s Research Experience for Undergraduates program in the department of Bioengineering. The poster documented an independent study incorporated into the Fan Yang Lab team’s overall research on stem cells and cartilage regeneration. Techniques employed included cell culture, mechanical testing, cellular microscopy, biochemical assays, cryosectioning, and safe and clean laboratory practices.

The results of this study were used as part of a presentation at the Orthopaedic Research Society’s annual meeting.
